1. These booking and sales terms apply to Svartholma shipping tickets.
2. Tickets can only be purchased in the online store at kauppa.vistisvartholm.fi. Information about the purchase will be delivered immediately to the e-mail address provided by the buyer. Finnish online payments and debit/credit cards are used as payment methods.
3. In connection with the purchase, the buyer must fill in the requested information. If the information is filled in incorrectly, the service provider has no obligation to cancel the ticket free of charge or change the ticket information.
4. There is no right of exchange or return for any of the sales products in this store after purchase. In case of illness, contact your own insurance company.
